How do you go about setting goals?
When you train with me on my tailor-made bridal programme I’ll help you to turn your specific goals (such as going from a size 16 to a size 10) into realistic goals (such as losing 10 kilos and toning up before taking the next step towards that size 10).
I work with you to visualize what you want, whether it’s wearing your dream dress that’s three or four sizes smaller or getting the fittest and healthiest you can be so you’re ready for your close up. Visualisations are about you seeing yourself thinner and healthier to help you on the way to achieving your goal.
